Q. Is everything one piece only? No remakes?

A. Remakes are subject to the availability of materials of the piece you are interested in. As materials are usually sourced from many different places, that also ensures its uniqueness, it’s best to join the wait list and you will receive an email if a similar remake can be done. Alternatively you can drop me an email at mog@mistressofglam.com

Q. The item appears to be "Out of Stock", but I would like to be notified when it is available again

A. Sometimes items are labelled as "Out of Stock" due to buyers adding it to cart and choosing the "Local Bank Transfer" option which has a 48hours time frame thus leaving the item temporarily unavailable. However if buyer fails to make payment in time, item will be released again for sale. So it's best to fill in your email address even if item is "Out of Stock", in the event of a dead buyer, you will be able to get notified immediately.

Q. What materials do you use in your creations?

A. Pieces here generally comes with Vintage parts, 14k gold plated, rhodium plated, Swarovski elements, Freshwater pearls, Precious and Semi precious stones. Sometimes 14k gold filled and 925 silver.

Q. I have sensitive ears/skin, can I wear your jewelry?

A. All ear hooks and chains used are 14kgold plated and rodhium plated. Sometimes 14kgold filled and 925 silver are used. If you wish to change from 14kgold plated to gold filled or from Rhodium to 925 silver ear hooks, please kindly drop me an email at mog@mistressofglam.com for further assistance and there will be an additional charge of $5 per pair.

However, allergy varies from individuals. So if you feel itch or discomfort, remove the jewelry immediately. In general materials used here are pretty safe for sensitive ears.

Q. I would like to alter the length/design of a piece of jewelry, how do I indicate it in my order?

A. You can either indicate it in the comments section while purchasing if it is minor. However if you are unsure if it can be done, please drop me an email at mog@mistressofglam.com indicating the item you would like to edit.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, shipping is available out of Singapore, but if your country is not listed please kindly contact me at mog@mistressofglam.com

Q. What are the shipping rates like?

A. We only provide Free Registered Article (parcel with tracking no.s) within Singapore and have estimated Registered Article shipping rates to other countries. Upon checking out, it can be found under the estimated shipping fee. If you do not see your country, please contact me at mog@mistressofglam.com for shipping rates.

Q. What the is the "Flat Rate" shipping mode?

A. We only provide Free Registered Article (parcel with tracking no.s) within Singapore. Only Registered Article is provided here at MOG, even for overseas orders. The rates to other countries are estimated.

Q. Do you do bridal or bridesmaid jewelry? Do you do customisations?

A. Yes I do! Do allow at least 3-4 weeks in advance. Kindly contact me for more details at mog@mistressofglam.com You can choose your materials and designs based on any previous designs. To view older collections/designs click here and here.

Q. What is the difference between 14k gold filled and 14k gold plated?

A. 14k gold plated is only on the exterior and therefore lasts longer the regular gold metals that usually tarnish very quickly. 14K gold filled is solid 14k gold inside and out and thus it lasts a much longer time and is more costly.

Q: Do you have a sizing guide for your apparels?

A. All sizing and measurements are provided and also Uk sizing for all clothings. Measurements of each piece and a gauge of the range of sizes it can fit will help you make your purchases. All measurements are given in inches.

Q: Do you do meet ups?

A. No meet ups unless there are special reasons or if item is needed urgently, you can contact me for further arrangements.

Q. I am purchasing a piece as a gift, will there be a gift box?

A. Should you require a gift box, please indicate it during check out under the comments box and a free gift box will be provided.

Q: An old item I purchased here broke/tarnished badly/fell apart, can you fix it?

A. A life time warranty of fixing is provided if items are damaged. However materials are subject to availability and charges will differ or may even be Free depending on the condition of item. Registered postage for fixing when mailed to me would be at your own cost. However I would mail it back Free. Do feel free to email me to enquire with photos. Pls understand that if you choose to mail an item back to me via NORMAL mail, any additional damages or loss of item would be held responsible by yourself.
