- MOG can’t amend nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that you add the correct things to your cart.
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours on Saturdays only, excluding Sundays and local public holidays(Singapore). If you need your item urgently, please kindly state during your order under comments and special arrangments can be made.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for parcel arrive. It may take even longer during festive seasons and public holidays.
- MOG will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage despite the flat rate of $0 for local registered article.
- All custom orders will be sent out via local registered mail as well.
- Upon adding an item to cart does NOT guarantee it being reserved unless you check out and confirms your order.
- Defected goods such as apparels can be exchanged or refunded for. But if it is damaged via the mailing process, MOG will not be held responsible.
- An email with defected good(s) photo(s) can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance
- Damaged jewelry mailed out can be fixed depending on the level of damage. Please read FAQ section on lifetime jewelry fixing.
- MOG can decline to fix any jewelry that is damaged beyond hope.
- Exchange or refund of item can only be done if item is unworn, unwashed, tag intact and unaltered.
- Exchange or refund of jewelry items are not allowed due to hygiene.
- Measurements stated are estimated and may differ by 0.5”-1.0”/0.3-0.8cm. In such cases, it is not considered a damage or defect.
- If you received an incorrect item, please immediately send an email to email@example.com with a photo for further assistance.
- Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
- We only accept three modes of Payment. They are Internet Banking, ATM transfers and Paypal.
- For customers who choose PayPal their payment method, payment has to be made immediately as it re-directs you to the Paypal page. However if you choose to continue shopping, item will only be reserved for 48hours.
- Customers who choose Internet Banking/ATM Transfer as their payment method will have their order(s) reserved for 48 hours upon receiving an invoice.
- Payment details have to be submitted via a reply to the email sent to you when your order is confirmed. There will be instructions inside on what details you need to submit. Order(s) will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated timeframe.
- Cancelled orders cannot be reversed and MOG will not be held liable if the payment details are not provided for within this timeframe.
- MOG will verify payments within 24-48hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate details. MOG will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where a payment cannot be verified, MOG would require the assistance of the customer either via email or phone to process the order as quickly as possible.
- Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer.
- Colour on apparels may transfer onto other garments and bags.
Care for apparels
- You are advised to hand wash all apparels (individually) without soaking on the first few wash as colours may transfer and ruin the design.
- Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. Using steam iron or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron) is recommended.
